“This live set was recorded live @ Aequalis – IFZ – Leipzig during the first event dedicated to my own label and called “Outis Music Showcase”. In this I included all my style and my musical path passing by the early work done on Prologue Music and Sonic Groove until the last on Outis Music. I consider this one like a personal musical puzzle in which to express my way of being, in two words in this set are enclosed years of my work and continuous sound research. I used an hybrid technique mixing live some analog synths & drum machine”

Dino Sabatini is recognised as the instigator of the Italian techno scene, as well as main character of labels such as: Elettronica Romana – Prologue – Stroboscopic Artefacts – Sonic Groove. Also known for being the other half of duo ‘Modern Heads’ during 2006/2007, through which he released many successful EPs: ‘Paper Toys’, ‘Ordinary Madness’ and ‘Gliding’ are just a few pearls of a style which has become one the most influential and been inspiring artists throughout the international techno scene. His solo productions mark the birth of a new concept that fits no previous definition. The continual search for new soundscapes and complex rhythms, followed by hypnotic sequences and harmonic twists are what make Dino Sabatini unique.

His double EP ‘Daughter of Phorcys’ released on Prologue made an immediate impact worldwide, being sought out by the best techno clubs and DJs worldwide. Recently Dino Sabatinis’ search for new musical boundaries has led him to create his own label Outis, as an outlet of expression for other artistic tensions and needs. The labels first release ‘Modulated Waves EP’ was met with complete solidarity amongst the international scene.

After a year long research project Sabatini released his first concept album. Released on Prologue ‘Shaman’s Path’ can be considered a work which goes beyond the classical canons of techno and brings confirmation that this is an artist with no boundaries.
