The title track has this subdued intensity created by the gaps in sound, the steps back and then explodes with a control like an elephant on a leash. The Starkey remix of Resealable Friendship is so epic it does heard. Can it be more bombastic, daring, pushing the boundaries of what men can take? This will go into the history books as the example of EPIC. The Slugabed remix is pure filth, all the sound put into a grind box, distortion, trash can (what ever was around). The The Udu and the Clave sounds like an Starkey track but different. The wobble sounds like a voice sample heavy overdubbed into a bass line. A lot of promises on this one. Also listen to the remix by Raffertie on his soundcloud.We need to see him do this live! He did a great mix for Rob Booth’s Electronic Explorations, also here!
